Wells Fargo vs. Ford Motor Vehicle Lease Agreements

After much digging, I finally found an example of the terms and conditions of an automobile lease. The automobile manufacturers do everything possible to keep the actual details from being seen until it’s time to sign the contract. True, basic terms (like 0% APR, $1000 customer loyalty cash, etc.) are laid out because they are incentives to buy. But these teasers are always followed by something along the lines of “See dealer for full details.” But now you can read on to see full details….

Fine Print Friday: AllClear ID Plus for PlayStation Network Customers

Due to major security breaches recently, Sony is providing a year of free identity protection via Debix’s AllClear ID system for qualifying PSN users. Anyone signing up for this service is subject to AllClear ID’s End User Services Agreement. Since more than 70 million people are affected by this situation, this seemed like a good contract to review for this week.
